Chico Central Little League now asks all players who are Baseball Age 9 through 12 to participate in player evaluations.  A player’s baseball age is determined by how old they will be on August 31, 2020 (click here for more info on Baseball age).

We know that some of the Baseball age 9 year-olds are registered for AA, but for safety reasons, and to get the players ready for the eventuality of evaluations, we ask that those 9 year-olds also participate.  No player will be moved to another division without parental contact and consent.

The schedule for evaluations is:

Saturday, February 1^st & Saturday, February 8^th 

Elks Field

1pm – Baseball Age 9's

2pm – Baseball Age 10's

3pm – Baseball Age 11's & 12's

Players only need to attend one evaluation. Each player will receive 3 fly balls, 3 grounders, throw 3 pitches, and get 3 swings at the plate.
